Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the weight of your order. The final shipping charge will be calculated and shown to you at checkout. Occasionally, we run special promotions that offer reduced shipping rates or free shipping – keep an eye out for these!

Shipping Time:

Since we operate on a dropshipping model, shipping times can vary based on the supplier and destination:

  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes between 1-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Available on select products and locations, typically takes between 1-2 business days.

Please note, the above timelines are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our "Track Your Order" page or on the shipping provider's website to monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping:

We not ship internationally at this stage

Delivery:

Please ensure you provide an accurate address and contact number at checkout. If the package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or repeated absence at the time of delivery, the package may be returned to us or remain at a local post office for pick-up.

Delays:

Occasionally, shipping delays occur due to reasons like public holidays, customs inspections, or logistical issues with shipping providers and product distributors. While these are out of our control, we will always do our best to support and keep you informed.
