MOMO products are now officially in South Africa

MOMO has always been one of those racing brands we grew up with, seeing and admiring from afar. Its one of those nostalgic brands that takes you back to the days of Ayrton Senna, Nigel Marshall and Michael Schumacher screaming around the track. Also, bringing back memories is the MOMO logo on the steering wheel taking centre stage. MOMO is a brand that built a reputation for performance, quality, and perfection. 

For years, MOMO products were a rare sight in South Africa. We would see them on classic 911 Porsches, Ferraris or on the track in race cars. It was one of those brands that were just hard to find! But now, all that is about to change!

MOMO Tires

In 2020, Tyrelife Solutions introduced MOMO Tires as one of its leading brands, along with brands like Cooper Tires and Mickey Thompson.

This is a new addition to the famous Italian brand. MOMO Tires are engineered in Italy, tested in Europe and feature cutting-edge designs for enhanced performance in all driving conditions. In 2022 Tyrelife Solutions expanded the MOMO range with the introduction of MOMO Wheels. This range of 18-to-20-inch alloy wheels bring the Italian design and make it available to all car enthusiast around the country. With the unique styling and design that MOMO is known for, wheels like the MOMO RF-01 and the MOMO RF-06 are fast becoming a talking point in the custom car industry. 

MOMO Light Tuning & Utility Accessories

This year Tyrelife Solutions introduced MOMO Light Tuning Products. This is part of a new range of products that is available from MOMO. The Light Tuning product range allows all car enthusiasts to own a part of the MOMO history. The range includes car mats, harness pads, seat covers and car covers. The most exciting product to us is the introduction of the Microfiber steering wheel cover. This cover doesnt have the bulkiness that current steering wheel coves have and comes with that iconic Italian MOMO styling.  

MOMO Tuning & Racing Accessories

There is still one question on everyones mind in the custom and classic car industry. When will the market see the products that made MOMO the brand it is today, as they are known for steering wheels, shift knobs and racing suits and gloves. Well, the answer is easy, South Africa will see it now! Tyrelife Solutions stated that they are introducing not only the Racing Range but the classic Heritage range from MOMO. This includes the Prototype Black Edition, Drifting 33 Suede, MOD.69 and the classic Grand Prix and California Wood. All of this is handcrafted in Italy.
