Up to 700 hp can be achieved for the all popular VW – Audi 2 litre models from Turbo Direct SA’s new locally designed and assembled bolt-on performance turbo upgrade.

It provides power levels of 450, 550, and up to 700 hp in dual ball bearing guise.” These new turbos were designed locally and produced by the turbo Guru himself, South Africa’s Chris Kambouris. The turbos have been evaluated, assessed, and gone through numerous tests. They are currently being exported to customers in the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. The feedback is outstanding from all customers both overseas and locally.

He said to date, they cannot keep up with demand and had a huge response from some incredibly satisfied local and international customers.”
“We are now revising the rotating assembly and upgrading of the compressor stage with a new forged milled version. This boasts a higher airflow rate from the lightweight design, making the Horsepower output even more attractive”. The new release of this IS38-700 is due around June 2022.
